Planning Poker is an internal tool built by Metafora Labs for sprint planning. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your Atlassian account name and email address, obtained via OAuth when you sign in.
• Jira board and backlog data needed to display tickets during planning sessions.
• Session data (votes, ticket selections) for the duration of a planning session.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and identify you within a planning session.
• To fetch your Jira backlog on your behalf when you initiate a sync.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.

Data storage

Account information is stored in a private database on our server. Session data is held in memory and discarded when the server restarts. We do not use cookies beyond what is required for authentication.

Atlassian access

We request read-only access to your Jira boards and backlog. We do not create, modify, or delete any data in your Jira instance. You can revoke access at any time from your Atlassian account settings.
