Track epics against the timeline

One shared board, updated live by anyone on the team — no accounts, no Jira dependency, no sessions to create or join.

1
Go to the Epic Tracker
From the home page, click the Epic Tracker tile, then Go to Epic Tracker. Everyone lands on the same board — nothing to create or join.
2
Add an epic
Type its name, and optionally a Jira key like ES1-42 for reference — it's just a label, never fetched from or validated against Jira.
3
Track its four stages
UX / UI Workshop, Backlog Refinement, Development, Demo — each epic starts with all four at Not Started.
4
Click a stage to advance it
Not Started → In Progress → Done, cycling back to Not Started. Every click updates live for anyone else with the board open.
5
Add notes
The 📝 button on a stage lets you jot context, like "blocked on design review."
6
Reorder or remove
Anyone can move an epic up or down in the list, or remove one that's no longer being tracked.
Updates are live for everyone No refresh needed — every click broadcasts instantly to anyone else with the board open.
🔌
No Jira dependency The Jira key field is just a label for reference — nothing here reads from or writes to Jira.
👥
One shared board There's no per-user or per-team version — everyone sees and edits the same tracker.
